Returns and Refunds for Products – Customized or Not Customized Items: Our dedication to cusomization is unwavering, and we take immense pride in crafting products that are truly one-of-a-kind, just for you. Given the unique nature of these items, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders. We strongly advise you to carefully review all specifications (ie. name spelled correctly, color choice correct, etc.) and details prior to placing your order to ensure that the final product aligns perfectly with your expectations.

Paint Parties/Workshop Registrations: Our Paint Parties and Workshop Registrations are thoughtfully curated experiences designed to provide you with both enjoyment and education. Regrettably, these registrations are non-refundable. However, we understand that life can sometimes present unforeseen challenges. In such instances, we are open to discussing potential rescheduling or making accommodations to the best of our abilities. Please reach out to our dedicated customer support team for assistance in these cases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items: In addition to products, and paint parties and workshop registrations, we also do not accept returns or offer refunds for gift cards. Our gift cards provide you with a flexible and considerate way to share the delight of our products and services with your loved ones. Therefore, they are non-returnable. Please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen gift cards.

Defective or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we kindly request that you contact our customer support team within three days/seventy two hours of receiving your order. It’s important to retain all packaging materials that the item arrived in. We are committed to assisting you in resolving the issue, whether through a replacement or, if applicable, a refund.
